Primary Proms

June 2014 saw the launch of a series of concerts for primary school audiences called Primary Proms. These concerts continue to delight young audiences and we regularly welcome over 300 primary school children and their teachers to the Assembly Rooms.

As part of the music club’s ongoing YouthWorks initiatives, Faversham Music Club will be supporting 4 local primary schools to develop their own end of year Primary Proms concerts. Pupils will look at the ingredients of a good concert and will explore everything from ticket and poster designing to performing and concert managing.
